We want you to be completely satisfied with your RéVive Skincare purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer complimentary returns on all products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated; simply print this label and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and drop the parcel off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
